Cato is his chosen name, now a ripe ten years old,
catastrophic by nature my feline friend, a
catalogue of disasters since the day he was born, he
caterwauls the whole night long, crying into the dark,
catch your breath before another adventure, I advise,
cater for every eventuality and try to avoid hairy scary
catfights, you never win, looser with many battle-scars, so
catnap, rest quiet upon my lap, my cat, my friend, my star.

Cats are so fluffy
But they’re also psychotic
Yay for kitty-cats

Softly she purrs, curled up close.
The storm disturbed her peace,
so her human offered to protect.
Her mere touch is enough
to product a catatonic state,
for her jelly bean paws and
whiskers are primed to cause
acute kitty paralysis anywhere she reclines.
Such is the life of a princess cat.
