Her little red mitten reached up to the dark night sky. The moon broke through the clouds now and then. She watched her breath escape her lips as her teeth chattered in the cold. Finally, she caught the perfect flake floating down. She lowered her hand and looked in her palm. The six-sided crystal sparkled before it melted away. A grin curled across her face as whispered, “Snow!” ❄️
