  1. Hi here’s my three-sentence story 🙂
    Dancing in Water

‘Sally was almost three when her little toes danced in the sea, she was six when she learned to swim. At the age of eighteen, she once again danced through the water right across the sea to reach a foreign land. This time covered in grease.’

  2. Once upon a time, there was a kind and adventurous young girl who lived in a small village. She set out on a journey to save her village from a fierce dragon that had been terrorizing the town for years. With the help of a wise old wizard, the girl was able to defeat the dragon and bring peace to her village once and for all.

  4. “Any last words?” the hangman asked.
“I’ve got a few,” the condemned spat, “so listen closely now, all of you here and prolly more should it come to it, that being the way of things, but there will come a day, sooner than you think, where you’ll find yourself in your last moments, bleeding in an alley behind an empty building, on the field of battle, or on your deathbed surrounded by the people you love, there’ll come a time when you’ll look up and feel sun on your face and hope to see the angels ready to carry you onward to your final reward; and instead you’ll see ME, and as God is my witness I will be there to drag every single one of your souls heavy with sin down, down, down to the fiery… pits… of HELL.”
The gathered crowd shivered, speechless, while the hangman shrugged and pulled the lever.

  5. Through the Window

I look out through the dusty, grimy window of the ancient mansion. There is a thick patch of mist over there in the hollow, by the old, gnarled oak. Does it begin to move and glide slowly towards the window?

  6. IT’S ALL TOO MUCH

Two months ago I told my lover I couldn’t see him any more and even though it killed me, I ended our relationship. Today he sent me a text that read “I think about you too much.” Oh God, please help me stop this hunger within me.

  7. Night smothered the city as my car’s headlights pierced through the darkness of the highway. I was heading north, out of town, away from everything I had ever known. My wallet was empty, but my gas tank was full; only God knew where I’d end up.

  8. My mother died today, alone in the bed she had shared with my father for all those years. There was a book on her nightstand – one none of us had ever seen before – filled with her beautiful handwriting. And in her words, she left us her soul.
